Generally we are able to accept online orders to shipping addresses within the U.S. To insure the safety of your order Koorey Creations does not ship to Post Office Boxes. We are able to accept P.O. Boxes for billing orders and miscellaneous paperwork.

Shipping charges are determined at time of purchase and range between $20-$50 depending on the value of the item. All items are shipped insured through USPS, UPS and FedEx and do require a signature.

Once the item is purchased we must be notified within 5 days to consider a return or exchange. Items after 5 days – and up to 30 days – will be exchange only. Items must be returned unaltered, unsized and free of damage. No refunds of any kind on special orders, custom orders, or repairs.

Current information on enhancements of gemstones and care of items are provided, in writing (where applicable), at time of purchase and are noted verbally at time of purchase.
